Old Students:
• Second and Third Year: May 18–22,

• Fourth Year: May 25–29, 2026
Old students are advised to follow
the usual enrollment process and present their permit.
Admission Requirements
For First-Year Students (Freshmen):
* Form 138 (Report Card)
* Certificate of Good Moral
Character
* Original Copy of PSA
* Two (2) copies of latest 2×2 ID
picture with blue background (Female applicants are required to wear a proper
black hijab)
* Long brown kraft envelope
* Registration Fee: Php 1,200.00
* Entrance Examination Fee: Php
50.00
For Transferees:
All of the above-mentioned
requirements, plus:
* Transcript of Records (TOR)
* Honorable Dismissal
* Certificate of Good Moral
