June 11, 2021 – Cotabato City. The Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education (MBHTE) headed by its Minister, Honorable Mohagher M. Iqbal, of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindananao (BARMM) extended its School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) to the pupils of the Sultan Kudarat Islamic Academy (SKIA) Elementary Annex located at Al-Borhan Mosque Compound, Luna Street, Cotabato City.

The pupils received 19 sacks of anchovies, 20 sacks of green mongo, 20 sacks of carrots, 20 boxes of orange fruit and 547 sacks of rice (18 kilos per sack). The said goods were happily received by the pupils’ parents by batch while observing minimum health standards. The releasing of the goods was spearheaded by the Ms. Annaleah S. Sinsuat, Learner Health Nutrition Unit Staff of MBHTE.

The SKIA management extends its gratitude to the MBHTE for the continuous support given to the private elementary schools in the BARMM region.
