August 28, 2025 – The Sultan Muhammad Dipatuan Kudarat Islamic Academy Foundation College, Inc. officially opened its new Student Activity Center (SAC) through a ribbon-cutting ceremony held recently on campus.
The SAC is envisioned to become a venue for academic activities such as lectures, workshops, training sessions, and other student-centered programs. The facility will be managed by the Student Body Council (SBC), ensuring that it remains a space dedicated to student development and engagement.
The ceremony began with a Dua, setting a reflective tone for the event. This was followed by a short but meaningful message from the institution’s President, Atty. Michael O. Mastura, who emphasized the numerous opportunities the new SAC will bring to both the students and the institution as a whole.
After his message, the highlight of the event took place—the ribbon-cutting ceremony—which was immediately followed by a guided tour of the SAC facilities.
The program also included the presentation of the new Organizational Structure of the Tertiary Level, designed by Bai Zam Zam C. Datumanong, CCpE, detailing the hierarchy from the Board of Trustees down to the student body.
The celebration concluded with a small Kanduli sponsored by the SBC, symbolizing gratitude and unity within the academic community. The opening of the SAC marks another milestone in SKIA Foundation College’s commitment to fostering a holistic learning environment for its students.
